Your professionalism, well-being and even mood all matter
Drivers are responsible for the safety of any ride they take. It's impossible to concentrate on the road without high quality and sufficient rest — so please do not drive more than 10 hours in a row. Take breaks whenever you need them. Space Cab offers the fairest conditions for drivers: there's no need to overdo it.
Please, do not share your Space Cab account with others. When using your account, you are responsible for your actions. It also helps our passengers recognize you more easily.
We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination of any kind. Please, treat your passenger with dignity and respect.
Please do not consume or transport alcohol (in open containers) or illegal drugs while using our service.
Children and under 16s must always be accompanied by an adult when using Space Cab. If you accept a ride with a child, please prepare a child seat in advance.
Let the passenger know beforehand if you're allergic or intolerant to pets. If this is the case, avoid any possible inconvenience for either of you by not accepting orders with pets.
